9. Pricing & Negotiation Policy
Pricing Structure
- • Prices quoted in USD (or EUR/GBP as per buyer preference)
- • FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) pricing available
- • Volume discounts for orders above 1 ton
- • Long-term partnership discounts negotiable
- • Prices subject to change based on raw material costs (notification 30 days prior)
10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform due to:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, pandemics)
- Government regulations or trade restrictions
- Labor strikes or supply chain disruptions
- Acts of war, terrorism, or political instability
In such cases, we will promptly notify clients and work to resolve issues or provide alternative solutions.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: Export contracts are governed by Indian laws and international trade laws (Incoterms 2020)
- Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kolkata, India, or as mutually agreed
- Mediation: We encourage resolving disputes amicably through negotiation before legal proceedings
12. Amendments to Policy
This Export Company Policy is subject to periodic review and updates. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients at least 30 days in advance. Continued business relationship constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
