Maintain the security of your account credentials
Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

3. Account Registration

Account Creation: You may need to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for:

Weight and measurements are approximate

Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
Prices are subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
Promotional offers are valid only during specified periods

5. Orders & Payment

Order Placement:

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance
Minimum order value may apply for free delivery

Net Banking
Cash on Delivery (COD) - subject to availability

Payment Security:

All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver across India. Check PIN code availability at checkout.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on location.
Shipping Charges: Free delivery on orders above ₹499. Below that, shipping charges apply.
Order Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via SMS/email once shipped.
Delivery Attempts: We make up to 3 delivery attempts. Undelivered orders may be cancelled.

7. Product Quality & Freshness

Zaitri is committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products:

All products are made-to-order or from fresh batches
We use authentic ingredients and traditional recipes
Products come with expiry date/best before information
Proper packaging ensures freshness during transit
Report quality issues within 24 hours of delivery

8. Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment
Cancellation after shipment is not allowed
Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch

Return Policy

Due to the nature of food products, returns are accepted only if:

Product is damaged or defective upon delivery
Wrong product was delivered
Product is expired or unfit for consumption
Packaging is tampered or broken

Return Window: Report issues within 24 hours with photos/video evidence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Zaitri Food Im-ex Pvt Ltd, including:

Logo, trademarks, and brand name
Product images, descriptions, and recipes
Website design, graphics, and code
Text content and marketing materials

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Interfere with website functionality
Submit false or fraudulent orders

Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Allergic reactions or health issues from product consumption (check ingredients before ordering)
Loss or damage to products after successful delivery

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolving disputes amicably through customer support before legal action.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
