How do I prepare Zaitri Ready-to-Eat meals?
You have three easy options: Microwave for 2 mins, immerse the pouch in boiling water for 3–5 mins, or heat the contents in a pan on a stovetop.

What is the shelf life of the products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months at room temperature. No refrigeration is required until the pouch is opened.

Retort is a thermal sterilization method (used by space agencies) that kills spoilage-causing bacteria inside a sealed pouch, keeping food fresh for over a year without chemicals.

Because the pouches are sealed before heating, nutrients and natural aromas are 'locked in' rather than evaporating into the air.
